Rental Periods: Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday with a three night minimum. Weekend or daily rentals are not considered during October.
Check-in time: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: 10:30 AM
Additional charges:
Hot Tub Fee – $50.00
Cleaning Fee – $75.00
Pet Fee – $100.00
The above additional charges are all non-refundable.
Reservations: A reservation is made by sending an e-mail to lankrom@tampabay.rr.com, which indicates the dates you would like to arrive and depart, and the number of people in your party. Once the request has been granted and a rental agreement has been sent to the guest, the reservation is held for seven days, allowing enough time for the rental agreement and deposit to be sent by mail. If the rental agreement and deposit are not received within the allotted seven days, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Deposits & Payments: A $200 security/damage deposit is required to secure a booking and will be returned within thirty days of departure, provided the home is left in its original condition. Full payment, plus the cleaning, hot tub and pet fee is required one month prior to arrival. If booking is made within 30 days prior to arrival, the entire amount of the rental, including deposit, cleaning, hot tub and pet fees are to be sent in the form of certified funds via next day service.
Cancellation Policy: We provide a full refund with 30 days notice prior to the reserved dates. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the reservation, the deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions. |
